OYAK Concrete provided the ready-mixed concrete for the Asian section of the Northern Marmara Highway Project (Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge connections), which is now complete and has been put into use along with Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, which become operational on 26 August 2016. The project started in July 2013 in two different sections, namely the Poyrazköy–Paşaköy section and the Çavuşbaşı–Reşadiye section, and runs a total length of 42 km, with 18 viaducts, 2 dual-tube tunnels, subways and interchanges, and several engineering structures. A total of 1,400,000 m3 concrete were poured during the project, and the main section was completed in August 2016. A total of five ready-mixed concrete plants, four of these being Poyrazköy, Çekmeköy, Hüseyinli, Riva, serviced the project, and within the scope of additional works, 170,000 m3 of ready-mixed concrete will be provided by the Kurnaköy plant for the Paşaköy–Kurtköy connection project, which was started in 2016.
